Most solo and micro-crew setups land in one to four weeks depending on how tidy your current quotes and services list are. We work in milestones so you see working pieces early—not a big bang on day 90.

How does pricing work?

Based on the modules you need—site, CRM depth, AI reception, bookings—and how hard your workflows are. We would rather price to your actual jobs than sell a fat bundle you will not use.

Is our customer data safe?

Yes—encryption in transit and at rest, hardened hosting, and least-privilege access. Your customer list is not our product. For Australian customers we handle personal information consistent with the Privacy Act and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs); ask us for the full policy.

I am not techy—is that a problem?

No. It is built for owners who live on site, not in a server room. We train your 1–3 person crew on the day-to-day, and pick up the phone when something breaks.

Can we keep tools we already use?

Accepted Answer

Where it makes sense, yes—we map what you already rely on (payments, messaging, calendars) and connect or phase it in. If something is rubbish, we will say so instead of bolting more chaos on.

Question 6

Will the AI stitch me up on site?

Accepted Answer

No. It only states what you approve—rates, inclusions, lead times. Tricky scope or warranty fights get escalated to you. Tyre-kickers get filtered without you burning a Saturday quoting them.
